Plantronics used to be a good brand. But it seems to me that they just stopped their product R&D like 20yrs ago. Now just randomly pick any Chinese popular brands headphones in Amazon can easily give you a much better quality than Plantronics.

Doing the same. Kid goes back to classroom on Mar 1 and they are asking that students have headphones for the virtual learning part.
