I cannot find the coupon code anymore. Perhaps it expired yesterday.

In fact, I couldn't find it on any "Best" article listings.
By the way, today's larger and heavier phones can break your air vents.

Google pcmag car mounts. I tried posting the link here once I found it, and the link led to the same wrong site. Not sure what's going on.

Anyway, I searched for a new one, and the wireless charger market is ridiculous, especially if you want a vent mounted one. All seem to share a stupid design decision -- automatic, motorized arms to grip the phone. I finally bought one, and the motorized arms are a serious PITA. Mine won't function without the car on (no power from the plug) and sometimes won't work with only the accessory power on, meaning the windows and radio, etc, but not the engine. I've wrestled my phone out from the carrier on more than one occasion.
As for the vent mounts potentially breaking the fins, the solution is simple -- mount the phone at the bottom of the vent where the frame of the vent supports the clip. No undue stress on the vent fin that way.
Looks like I'm ordering this one. The one I ordered last year (the replacement) is faulty and won't charge my new S21 now, and the price on this one is great compared the alternatives, which run closer to $40.

Hey man your link seems to be broken, do you have any recs for big phones? Honestly I keep trying to find these mount things and they always say it's not ideal for big phones

I've got a VanMass on the way I found on Amazon Warehouse. The company does not play review games. IMHO, a $1K phone should not be attached to a mount that could fail.
Pricey, but I got it for 25% less. Has a battery backup and will not overcharge phones, unlike cheapies potentially will.
