After struggling for an hour, finally, I figured it! These are my steps:

1. Google for EDU discount to Samsung.com and login from there ( I would use INCOGNITO for it )
2. Hover over the Mobile and click on the Watch section >> Watch 3, choose the Silver 45MM LTE (not sure if it works for the black one )
3. Choose no-trade-in
4. Add desired bands from OP's post ( I went with Novonappa® Hybrid Band (22mm) Black )
5. Skip the Add-ons
6. Apply Promo Code - PALETTEPANDA21
7. Apply Promo Code for the band ( found on OP's main post ). My Promo Code was GPTYR840BRBBW

Your total should be around $148.xx some change before the taxes. You can knock another $10-$15 off if it's a new account with a referral code. I opened a new account and saved more. My total was $149.xx with VA taxes.

Daaaaang! I have GW1-bt on order from last week I have to cancel and now on a GW3-bt w/trade-in order I made just this morning! Took me 40 minutes to get this $144 price to pop up after ordering over and over and over and over and over again.

So did I. Can't cancel the gw1 anymore so I just chose the trade in option. 70$ for last week's deal plus 78$ for her with trade in works out to same price.

I've tried in the app and browser. I am a verified college student and my final price is $223 just like others have said not sure why it's a different price for people.

Edit just tried incognito mode and the price went to $264 lol?

All these website issues/glitches do not give me any confidence in Samsung. They have to have the worst web dev team of any major retailer.

When I went to redeem my pre-order code for my S21 there was a glitch that put other people's codes in your cart, given people huge discounts. The code I received was used I'm sure that way. After receiving a new code, it gave weird discounts which allowed me to order a S7+, galaxy buds pro, UV sanitizer, smart tag and charger for ~350. Great deal, but losing confidence in them.

It says my order is confirmed.

Ordered again this time mixed with 20mm and 22mm watch bands. Make sure you change part of promo code 22 to 20 and 840 to 855.

What worked for me was:

1) Logout
2) Clear Cache
3) Open incognito tab
4) DON'T LOG IN UNTIL PROMPTED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY IT WORKED FOR ME. I DID NOT NEED A NEW ACCOUNT, BTW!
5) Go to offers/Educational
6) Add watch. 45mm SILVER, LTE...
7) NO TRADE IN
8) Add your favorite 10 bands that are not out of stock.
9) CHECKOUT. Start applying the CODES LIKE CRAZY

I will love/hate SAMSUNG depending if they cancel our orders or not LMAO
