After struggling for an hour, finally, I figured it! These are my steps:

1. Google for EDU discount to Samsung.com and login from there ( I would use INCOGNITO for it )
2. Hover over the Mobile and click on the Watch section >> Watch 3, choose the Silver 45MM LTE (not sure if it works for the black one )
3. Choose no-trade-in
4. Add desired bands from OP's post ( I went with Novonappa® Hybrid Band (22mm) Black )
5. Skip the Add-ons
6. Apply Promo Code - PALETTEPANDA21
7. Apply Promo Code for the band ( found on OP's main post ). My Promo Code was GPTYR840BRBBW

Your total should be around $148.xx some change before the taxes. You can knock another $10-$15 off if it's a new account with a referral code. I opened a new account and saved more. My total was $149.xx with VA taxes.

I ordered the Galaxy Watch on 2/17 and the Galaxy Watch 3 on 2/22. I just noticed they created a FedEx shipping label for one of my orders at 10:58am CST today. I'm assuming it's my Galaxy Watch but makes me hopeful they'll also send out my Galaxy Watch 3.

I've ordered and cancelled so many times because better deals kept popping up. Now I just got an email for shipping on a cancelled order. I had to verify to make sure but the shipping reference number and the order number match up to my cancelled order. Even the portal shows that order number as cancelled. We'll see what shows up in 2 days and if I'm billed but it'll be hard to figure out which charge is for which order.

Got notification of shipment today arriving tomorrow. The item seems to be shipped from a local distribution center, hence the overnight shipping.

Strange, somehow I got a refund from Samsung yet the order shows shipped arriving tomorrow. Confused

Did anyone have the package show up without any progress on the tracking website? Hope the watch shows up tomorrow.

Label was created yesterday march 1st via Fedex 2 day service, expected shipping date march 2nd, expected delivery date march the 4th, Fedex picked up my watch today march 2nd at about 1:30 pm as scheduled, I have seen some people getting Home Delivery service instead of 2 day shipping, so that may be your case
