Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

So I looked around for this and couldn't find an answer. Hope somebody can help me out. If I have a couple hundred in accessory credit from Samsung, can I buy TWO of the same item with it -- e.g., two buds pro? I can only seem to add or remove from my cart, but not alter the quantity.

If anybody has figured this out and can shed some light, TIA!

Anyone have the S21 Ultra can comment on real world usage? How's the battery life and overall software experience? The tech reviewers are falling head over heels for it but I'm skeptical. Been using only Google phones and love the software experience and camera. Should I jump ship or wait for the Pixel 6?

Bit conflicted about this. I can get a 256GB S21 for $550... but I like my S8+. Problem is they stopped updating the OS and UI and apps and disabled cloud storage and half the samsung apps. So planned FUessence. I can see why Apple has a market, albeit they screw them over by downclocking their phones and calling it a bug. Samsung just straight up fists you every 2 years. I feel like a little worm on a big fkin hook.

I upgraded to an S21 from an LG G8X and am happy with the upgrade. Screen is a little smaller, but the user experience is way better on the Samsung. Facial recognition works very well. Fingerprint scanner is a good backup option in case the facial recognition doesn't work if I'm wearing a hat, jacket, sunglasses....

It's also a very lightweight phone. It's much lighter than my wife's iPhone XR.

I got the 256GB version, so not having a microsd option isn't a big deal, but it is annoying that they removed this option.

The camera is also very good. Takes amazing pictures. Very impressive

Yeah it was just too much taken away from this model. Take away the headphone jack?! OK. At least you're putting headphones and a charger in my Note 10+ box and I still have my microSD slot to expand my memory. I skipped the Note 20 Ultra to give it two years before I upgraded to the Note 21. But now I may be holding onto my Note 10+ until they stop supporting it and then look back at Apple. Oh by the way, Samsung, the reason I started buying your phones over iPhones in the first place was because of all the additional value you provided. Now you're no better than Apple so I can go either way.
