Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

I have $481 pending now (was told I would get a $250 refund for the price match). If you do not send in your phone for trade-in, that is when they will charge you for the rest of the total amount.

Interesting how people land on a product "deal" page only to crib about it and say it is beneath them. This behavior is same as the people who "answer" a question on Amazon with the answer being "I don't know" Big Grin.. I have been using Samsung phones since the S2, but my current S20+ will probably be my last Samsung phone - unless they decide to bring back the SD card slot. Gonna vote with my dollars.

No you can't just pop out the SD card, we'll you can if you didn't encrypt it. You would be foolish not to encrypt your SD card.

My order was put on hold because I already placed an order with trade-in. Is there workaround here?

Does slightly changing the address help? That way it won't be recognizable, but I'm just afraid they would cancel the order as the address wont be a confirmed one.

Why would u need to encrypt if you just going to use SD card for photo storage? Anyways, that's big advantage Samsung had over Apple phones IMO too and one less reason to get one even though they are already discounting prices on it!

No, they charge you the price as shown on your invoice ; i.e., minus the trade-in credit, but they can add additional charges if the trade-in is not received or is not as described.
