Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Just wanted to confirm with everyone that my price match through my existing Samsung order went through early this morning. So after trade in, I was able to get the S21 for only $125.

Tried two agents over chat and received a big fat NO both times.

Great, was the refund for the full $200/$250 (depending on model ordered) or was it reduced by any upfront discount on phone (instant $85 credit, etc.)?

From my experience, they won't release the on hold order until tacking notes that FedEx receives one of the two outstanding trade in items. So status should change as soon as a trade in is shipped.

Yeah I tried that but only showed 1 bundle discount. I had to add bud pro also to see both discounts. You missed the buds pro btw
