Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

I'm sure there are cases where full amount is given and others where it isn't so guess need to ask yourself if you feel lucky or willing to accept a less PM reduction or return order.
I had the rep tell me I will get a refund of $250, all I said is the price is $250 less at BH, I feel the only people who have been denied so far are people trying to match Tmobile phones versus unlocked, people trying to price match best buy activate price and people trying to price match Samsung custom colors that have different skus. I've seen quite a few people say they got their refund, I purposely switched my order from a titanium s21 ultra to black unlocked s21 ultra to make sure everything lines up.

I had an s21 that rep said would be PM'd for $200 off only get refunded for $100. After another round of review, I was refunded for the extra $100.

That's good news but shows one needs to be diligent and make sure to capture what they say and follow through with whatever reviews are needed. I have good, concrete evidence and am planning that they may initially pull such shenanigans so will be ready.

What do you mean they offered a coupon code for Tmobile? I requested a price match for AT&T, and they said okay and gave me a Ticket Number. But I think that's just a claim number. (Trying to make sure I did that all correctly.)

Just sharing my experience. I have another phone hopefully shipping soon that's a PM to b & h for $250. Hopefully that will go smoothly. Going to try for the 10% cancel but a little less confident on that.
