Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Yep, no I have definitely done that, then confirmed with them later on that it was enabled. Maybe it's different with later models. I was having issues with an unlocked Note 10 Plus. I couldn't get the WiFi calling to work even AFTER loading AT&T firmware via Odin.

Agreed. That happened to me. They said they "couldn't cancel." I asked why not, since the order wasn't scheduled for delivery for like two weeks. I pushed a little, and then they "escalated" the request. I got an email confirmation from Samsung in like 3 days that the order had been canceled. I confirmed that the CC charge had been reversed.
