Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Price match approved by CS rep but not yet what you actually got credited back on card or was it an official Samsung notice of the amount being credited back to card?

Looking for a case where someone actually got the full amount indicated as hearing back office processing may very well include the instant discount and any other promos that initially reduced their price of phone which would then reduce the actual price match refund that gets credited back. Hopefully not but hearing cases where this has happened.

Rak has been pretty bad with Samsung lately. The past two transactions didn't track properly and I'm meticulous with my process (no adblock, incognito, etc.). All other transactions have tracked properly except Samsung's. I'm curious how others have been successful with R and Samsung.
Either way, I just filed the claim and will be hearing back from them. R has been pretty good with claim process.
