Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

I traded in my S20+ for the S21 Ultra through Samsung and have 0 regret. I usually only buy 128GB phones due to not needing a lot of storage. I leverage Google Cloud for a lot of my data. So the loss of the SD card wasn't a deal breaker. And being they didn't want the charge back from my S20 them not including it with the S21 didn't sting as bad.

So I'm getting confused on the order in which to contact Samsung about price matching the s21 ultra.

Am I purchasing the phone through Samsung with all the codes first, then immediately trying to price match, or price match before the purchase?...or am I waiting for the order to ship.

purchase the phone through Samsung first then use the chat feature on the Samsung website to price match. btw it's easier to price match if you buy the unlocked version.

Is there a way to add a 40mm active2 to an order? Whenever I try to add it after I already added the phone it clears out the cart and just puts the phone in there with its free galaxy bud plus, I think Samsung is only letting one promotion at a time so since the watch has its own promotion it's replacing the phone promotion.
