Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

It's probably because the brown is exclusive to Samsung, Amazon does not have it and the phone is indeed a different part number

I had PM to b and h with 250$ confirmed in the original conversation with reference number, item shipped and used the ticket number with new rep who wouldnt confirm the 250$ originally stated 'no worries our guys on the backend will handle it'. Just now I see a refund of 107$ only....should I message a new rep? Seems bogus they wouldnt honor the original confirmed 250$

I would and ensure to have the chat transcript reference number and specific verbiage where the rep confirmed the exact amount. I've been cautioning that I've heard that this could indeed happen so need to do your due diligence as can't hurt to press them about what indeed was confirmed.

I'm waiting on my PM as well which the amount was confirmed preorder, after the order, and then once shipped via three different reps but I'm still expecting some bumps.
