Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

You ask them to price match based on the pre-discount price which is $930 pre-discount, so I asked them to match to Amazon's $800. Not sure if I will actually get it though because they say only 1 price match per order. I won't be able to find out until my items ship.

I bought an S21 & S7 Tab. Tab was delivered already but phone is delayed till the 23rd. $300 was charged to my debit card, presumably for the Tab.

Chatted with two different Samsung CSR's last night and expressed concern about the delay of the phone and how the return window for the Tab will close before phone arrives. Was told by the 1st CSR that if I cancel the S21 then they will charge $730 (or something like that) to my card for the Tab because the combination deal will be void. Got off that chat and got someone else. When expressing my concerns again they offered $50 discount. Not the 10% so many others got. Anyway, that's where it stands today.

We are putting our necks out there regarding the disconnect between the shipping dates and the closing return window. It's an all or nothing deal.

Leaving a positive data point here. Purchased phone + tablet bundle on 2/26. Shipped on 3/2. Chatted with Samsung employee on same day and confirmed PM of $250 refund to credit card. Products arrived on 3/4. Refund email received 3/5, bank account showing $250 refund pending.
