Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

If enough people start threatening a dispute and actually start disputing here, Samsung won't pull this shenanigan right now again. They need to think before they get into contract with the customer. Not try to renege on contracts because they messed up in details. People have to trade-in thinking the PM would go through. Now what are they going to do?

I got exactly same deal as you did. when did you ordered? Im still waiting for PM email and refund. my order was placed on 24th and phone was shipped on the 3rd. asked refund on the same day as shipped and they told me I will get email within 2 days. nothing yet

Just had another 3 chats with Samsung this morning. 1st rep promised me that both of s21 ultra PM and tablet s7+ PM and a 10% off whole order will be honored, then chat connection was dropped. 2nd rep said only one PM is allowed per order and I asked why every rep promised differently, then he dropped our chat. Raised concerns to the 3rd rep, and she said only one PM is allowed per order and she cannot guarantee approval, but said they could extend the returning window for the order in case I don't get PM approved. She said she'll try her best to get 10% refund as well, and left her email for follow-up.
Chatting with Samsung is so much funLMAO

Yes I got the 250 credited to my bank account after I got PM approval email. Asked for 10 percent post that - no update on that so far (been 2 days).

Yes - they offer a 10% discount (upto 100 Dollars) to keep your order. I was about to cancel because of the delays in shipping. The 250 PM and the 10% discount was a great deal to pass up. Especially with all the trade in and add on credits. You just need to chat to get the discount.
