I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

I made two orders on two different accounts. First one had no issues and got the email for price match and 10% refund same day.
The second order I had to argue because they wanted to give me promo credits vs a refund but luckily I had a previous chat saying I should get a refund. Rep did the whole spiel saying "OK, this one time only" and sent a request for a refund. I also got the 10% refund for this one as well.. Both emails came the same day. Not sure if this made a difference, I did each chat separately one for price match and another one for the 10% refund, didn't want to chance it with one rep trying to get a big discount at once.

I previously though purchased an Active 2 smartwatch (and free SmartTag) with the S21 $100 preorder credit promo and $67 charged to my credit card.
I was considering though returning that order (including SmartTag as likely refund would be reduced if kept even though was free) but there is nothing on the return info Samsung provided indicating getting the $100 preorder promo back/reactivated. (Note: AlsoT&C of preorder promo indicated that it needed to be used by 2/28/21 but not sure that matters since originally was used within appropriate timeframe).
So if I proceed with Active 2 return from that preorder promotion will I likely lose the $100 promo credit and only get back what was charged on my credit card?
