I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Now that I have phone confirmed, I may try for the tablet.
I ordered an Unlocked Phantom Black 256 GB S21 Ultra and a Mystic Black 256 GB Galaxy Tab S7+ on February 22, 2021. As part of the deal, I opted to trade in my S20 Plus.
The Tab S7+ was delivered on March 3, 2021 and the S21 Ultra was delivered on March 5, 2021. My invoice was as follows:

Once the phone was shipped (since it was the latter of the two items sent in my order), I tried following up with Samsung, only to be told they would offer a $250 promo code instead. I indicated that was not what was originally stated and I offered to provide both the aforementioned ticket ID's and time-stamped screenshots of the chat conversations as proof. Nevertheless, nothing has yet been resolved on this and I am waiting to hear back from the department the matter was raised to.
Don't get me wrong, I think getting both devices for $700 out of pocket is great, but I really hope Samsung does follow through on the $250 refund for price matching as well.
I previously though purchased an Active 2 smartwatch (and free SmartTag) with the S21 $100 preorder credit promo and $67 charged to my credit card.
I was considering though returning that order (including SmartTag as likely refund would be reduced if kept even though was free) but there is nothing on the return info Samsung provided indicating getting the $100 preorder promo back/reactivated. (Note: AlsoT&C of preorder promo indicated that it needed to be used by 2/28/21 but not sure that matters since originally was used within appropriate timeframe).
So if I proceed with Active 2 return from that preorder promotion will I likely lose the $100 promo credit and only get back what was charged on my credit card?
