Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Did anyone have their orders cancelled? My order is cancelled for a technical glitch as a reason after order confirmation. It cancelled after 10 days of order confirmation

yes my order got cancelled , per chat support , its technical issue and will be back to processing state once the issue has been fixed.

Got a email from Samsung that my order has been cancelled. Waiting in the chat queue right now to see if I can find out what happened and it's possible to get my order reinstated. I'm going to be pretty bummed if I lose the sale price because of what I can only hope is merely a glitch.

EDIT:

Chatted with the support agent. I was told that there is some technical issue that led to my order being cancelled automatically. However, they were forwarding my issue to the backend team and I should expect an email from them within 2-3 days. The backend team would try to reinstate my order and, if that were not possible, they would help me re-submit my order and would preserve the sale price from my order.

Fingers crossed that this somehow gets fixed!

Got S21 ultra and have been using it for couple of weeks now. Amazing phone. Upgraded from Note10+. Miss the microsd but not a biggie. Photos automatically uploads to cloud and videos periodically go to NAS. With 256GB, it's not a big deal. But would have preferred it so as to not worry about running out of storage. Everything else is great from top notch camera to display to battery to fluid UI. Have used iPhone X previously and it's easily better.

My final price is about $192 all things considered. Paid
$890 with s9+ trade in. Got $89 from R10, $200 price adjustment. Sold the Tab S7 for $425. Paid $375 for s9+ when it was released and trade in value I got was $350. Got $44 in Samsung rewards. Add 1% from credit card on $890. Not trying to boast or anything just wanted to let members know that with right deal this is great value phone.

Great phone and all the right changes except microsd. Hope they bring it back next year. Ultra is way to go if not upgrading every year. Else s21 or s21+ works too.

I believe the cancellations are related to multiple uses of 5% off pop up. I used two of them in my order and it got cancelled. I wish I thought that something was wrong with these coupons - they just popped up out of nowhere. I'm not that optimistic about them reinstating orders thanks to another slick deal where people basically got stuff for free. Besides, they've already processed refunds and recalled shipments. They can't just recharge.

You probably used 5% off pop-up "for this session only" more then once. I thought I was lucky when they popped up twice for me, but apparently people found a trick to reliably create many of them.

Got my price match come through on my CC yesterday and email confirmation yesterday as well. I chatted first last week around Wed and had to re-chat with them Monday this week as I didn't see a refund come through. Just trying to sell the Tab S7+ so my final upgrade price would be about $100 for this S21 Ultra.

I'm stay paying monthly for my S10 phone. Can I still trade in that phone or should I pay it off before I sent it in to Samsung for trade in?

Finally received all the refund. Took a week for Samsung to process refund now. Get S21 & tab S7+ for $160 after tax. Trade in a brand new S10e. Awesome deals. Still need to do PM on other 3 orders.
