Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Got the shipping notice today (3/10). Order was placed 2/23. Contacted CS via chat for PM. CS was super slow but he raised a request for refund which will take 3 days to receive confirmation. Anyway, I will keep my options open until I see the refund credited to my account.

So I plan on using price match but the black buds+ I wanted to get with the store credit are out of stock. Is it worth waiting for them? My worry is the price difference for the PM will be gone by the time the buds come back.

Dang, i have 2 Navy colors that i got price matched refunded for already. My 3rd one is one on the way so hopefully price match doesnt get rejected

Buds + are worth getting, maybe itll get back in stock soon, i have the Red ones and they are great. I recommend trading in 99cent earphones for $30 credit

Both of my orders shipped today and contacted Samsung again to process the price match for both orders. They said refund will take 2-3 days. I'll wait and see if they actually honor the price match refund $500 back to my credit card or not.

Did 2 different chats with Samsung CS and PM'd to Amazon for $999.
I was told I will get a $250 credit for each in a few days and it needs to be reviewed, so we will see.

I would tell him to try again with a different rep.. I got the phantom navy and phantom titanium and got them to PM both

My trade-in shipment also has an "exception" today, with a status "Barcode label unreadable and replaced". It is now stuck in the midway... F**k FedEx!
