I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Did 2 different chats with Samsung CS and PM'd to Amazon for $999.
I was told I will get a $250 credit for each in a few days and it needs to be reviewed, so we will see.

I really hope this did not happen but follow up with them to check how do they know the box was empty. They were not even supposed to look inside a package in the first place.
