Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

It's just smaller enough to make a difference, I think. But I haven't gotten a chance to hold one yet to compare. But the 21u is really *heavy* in addition to being larger. I've read some people who downgraded and were happy they did. But I'm still cycling through cases to try to get something that feels better in my hand/pocket.

Got them to price match even though they said they are no longer accepting PM. Luckily I saved my chat transcript and Chat ID or they would have never done it.

Working my way through the various Spigen cases now. Liquid Air feels thinner, but it's a little slippery. Trying the Thin Fit and the Caseology Paralax next.

For those that got price matched at $200 dollar don't forget to argue the sales tax back as well on the $200 in Texas for example that's another 16.50 that they collected in tax that was not due.

They charged me for both my vacuum and s21 ultra, I got no cancellation email, no price match etc. I got the vacuum but the phone is going back to Texas thru FedEx. Idk what's going on.

Last week i requested my refund for price match. After days of no email i requested it again. Was a little worried reading the comments but today i got the email with the 250$ refund which i was surprised because i used ton of codes and even a $250 code from pre order days
