Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Amazing how dramatic and extremist people are.....phones are way over priced at intro...within a few months there seems to be consistent ways to get them very cheap.....Samsung always pushes a huge discount for trade-in along with $$$ in accessories credit for free, they aren't going to stop that, it is easy marketing to get it into peoples hands who like to stay up on tech whose friends get to see it first hand while the people who got it brag by confirmation bias. A couple months after release Costco/phone carrier etc will have buy one get one free or better. There are also no longer really cool new features to drive adaption, you can see how cheap note 20 plus already is, and how quick the cost of these phones fell. Just relax and get the deals when they are available.

Can someone explain to me what everyone is talking about saying these types of deals from Samsung are coming to an end? Did Samsung say they are stopping price matching and coupons?

I'm just trying to understand because I'm interested in a Galaxy S21 and Tab 7+ and I apparently missed out on some good deals. Are my chances of getting a good deal gone?

Two days ago I was told that I'll get pm and 10% off as one-time exception. Today they told me they cannot proceed with the PM lol. Their story changes everyday. My first promised PM was on Feb 23rd and my phone was shipped on Mar 8th.

Just received email confirmation of the $250 refund that I followed-up on 3/10 after my phone shipped. PM was originally approved on 2/24 after I placed the order.

I just received email confirm of the $250 refund as well. Original order date and initial PM request date of 2/22 on the S21+. Ship date and 2nd PM request date of 3/9. Email approval of $250 refund received 3/13.

I must say. The S21+ is so much nicer than my S10. The size is great but also makes it unwieldly at times. I went with an armadillo tek case so it adds bulk. My pinky cramps up once in while.

Now the trade in process... Good luck all.

My second order (S21+ 128GB and Tab S7 256GB) was placed on 3/3. Requested pm the same day against BestBuy, got pre-proved for the "activate now" price difference ($250). Phone shipped 3/8, and requested refund processing on 3/10. Just now (3/13), got an email conforming $200 refund without explaining why it's not $250LMAO. But I'm OK with that. Still waiting for the other two refunds (10% and pm for tab).

Regarding trade-in, my first trade-in has stuck on road for a couple of days. It initially got an exception of "Barcode label unreadable and replaced", then "Address corrected". On 3/11 it finally reached KY and was scheduled for delivery the next day. However, the delivery has not been made even now, and the status has changed to "Scheduled delivery: Pending". I used the shipping label Samsung provided, and made it very secure and clear on the box. Not a good experience with FedExFrown...

When did you guys see the full charges of the bundle on your credit card? I was initially charged the price for the tablet since it shipped out first. Now I received the phone and charger, but still haven't seen my credit card billed. Are they waiting on my trade in to go thru before doing the final charge?. I also requested them to process my PM refund on Wed, but as of Saturday I still didn't get email. Do you guys get a denial email if not approved?

Look back to the original date of your order, my charge for the phone is dated for 2/23 (order date) even though it didn't ship until 3/10. And the charge definitely didn't post to account until phone shipped, it was just backdated.

Sorry, looks like I replied to wrong person about charges. But all charges show up as the same date, but they are split with shipments. For mine, I had 1 charge for tablet and 1 for phone.
