Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

FYI I'm in the painstaking process of getting my price match approved. I waited for device to arrive to do it... Long story they needed to escalate it to a higher team even though I was approved via chat and attachment previously... Looking for $250 adjustment on my CC. Didn't combo any of the tablet deals but did do roughly $200 in accessories.

Bought with my Amex as they are excellent when merchants don't follow their word...

If it doesn't go through tomorrow I will be filing a claim.

How did you get them to offer you a 10% off the whole order ? Did you contact them thru chat or phone ?
Was the 10% off refund instant or will it go through the same process of backend team approving it

I was denied the PM to the first tablet because they said it was actually the same price. They offered 10% off at the same time so I just accepted that and didn't argue a price match. Then that did have to be sent on and I waited for the confirmation email.

I got a PM approval email , the email has a code for $250 credit on Samsung.Com that will expire on 4/15...I wish they credit it back to my credit card instead. I don't even know what else to buy on their website. With so many people getting denied PM, I don't want to hassle them about changing it to a refund on credit card =(

Finally got the approval email today for $250 back Smilie, this ended up being a crazy good deal. For me, I ended up with the S21+ 256 gb, and S7+ 256 gb after all the PMs and Note 10+ plus trade in, total cost was $185.
Add that to my Buds+ for $15 ($45- $30 AMEX paypal) and watches (Galaxy watch original around $65, and Galaxy Watch 3 around $120) I am completely decked out in Samsung's latest for around $350

If you buy the 229$ Galaxy tab a7, you can likely sell it for 199 on swappa which nets you about 170 after shipping/fees and all. That's what I was planning to do before I said f*** it and used the tablet instead.
