Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Got the confirmation emails of $250 credit card refund for both my s21 Ultra 256 orders that were PM'd to Amazon. Overwall it was a decent amount of work flipping the S7+ tabs on ebay and sending in trade-ins, but still a damn good slick deal.

Samsung just shipped my S21 so I went back into chat to request the PM previously promised. The CSR said they they will escalate my request to their team. I also asked for the $50 as promised during chat.

I came away from this discussion with the feeling that they are looking for ways to deny. Sucks. I'm going to be pissed if they reject the PM. The deal isn't worth it to me without. I didn't stack a bunch of bogus 5% codes like some did so hope the pool isn't poisoned at this point.

You should try with another rep. Price match after trade-in doesn't make any sense.
