Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Just had my 10% refund processed finally took about a week. I was able to get the 250$ PM without issue and a 10% refund on top when I complained about the shipping delay. Now just trying to offload the tablet and bud pro....

I'm in the same boat, except deciding between keeping the s7 and selling my s6 (and keeping Buds Pro, selling Buds+).

i ended up keeping the S7+ instead of selling. DEX, 120hz on a 12.4" was worth it, And selling the Buds Pro and keeping my old buds+

I bought a S7+ tablet 2 AKGs and 2 Buds Live. THey shipped the Tablet and the 2 Buds Live but not the AKGs.

Funny thing is the box weight and dimensions don't match the tracking number. And they only sent the Buds Live and told me to file a police report to get the refund on the AKGs.

I feel like they're playing games but I'll humor them with a police report before talking to the Credit Card company.

My two trade-ins have stuck in MURFREESBORO, TN (18 miles away from the trade-in center "Hyla Mobile") for a couple of days, status is showing as "Scheduled delivery: Pending". It is weird that the tracking histories for both have a record "Address corrected", which do not make any sense as the shipping labels were provided by Samsung and they should have the correct address.

Anyone has similar issues?

Mine was supposed to be delivered today to them, now it says address corrected and it won't be delivered until the 24th.

I also got the address corrected message as well but my trade in was delivered. Sent Monday and arrived at Hyla Mobile in TN yesterday.

Got an email notification fron samsung on receipt but website status is showing pending receipt. Maybe timing issue on when the website update?

Just checked r10 site and my cash back for my order was based on a $333 purchase price. My pretax purchase price was $560. Looks like they factored in the $250 PM. They assumed the 250 is inclusive of tax. Oh wells. I bought when r10 cash back was 3% so only getting $10.
