Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

In my town I just waked to the station and told them my situation and they said to come back in a week for the typed copy ( Samsung wants a digital copy not hand written) .

If it's a legitimately lost item, I doubt they'll go through the trouble. When Samsung rep concludes the item was lost and requests the report, it should be enough for the refund. My situation was different.

I did call yesterday and ensured the ticket was escalated to the backend support team for refund processing. I suggest the same.

Update: Today is the 11th day since my first trade-in was shipped, Fedex still says it's not delivered yet. However, I got an email from Samsung this morning, saying the trade-in was successful. The online status has also changed to "completed". This is the only email I received from Samsung after the trade-in shipment. It looks like either Fedex did not scan the package when it was delivered, or the "10-day lost" policy kicked in. Most likely it is the first situation.

Ordered and PM on 2/28. Received phone this week and followed-up. Was denied as phone was not in stock at Amazon. Chatted with support and request reconsideration. Told me supervisor approved PM of $200. Asked about $250 PM and they said would not PM "extra" discount of $50??????

It's a game. Some get PM, some don't. Some get extra $ back, some don't. Again I say, it sucks that the price isn't set before shipment. For most the deal was pretty good though. Hope nobody got totally hosed.
