Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

So two days ago I had my PM of $250 approved. I thought the saga was finished, subject to a successful trade in. But today I received email that PM was denied. They already refunded back to my CC. Can they recharge???

I've gone through three customer service chats so far, and they generally waste a bunch of time and then say that they cannot do price matching. I'm not sure how you all are getting any traction with this

I gave up and tried to cancle but it won't let me, says it already shipped despite just ordering. Now I have to try to reject the shipment. You all really lead me astray this time, this deal should be listed as dead

Well, you obviously didn't read much about the many comments in this thread. The price match was dead since 3/11. I just updated the wiki, so people won't jump in blindly.

I read like 20 pages in. I did not realize there were 86 pages! Thanks for updating, it really should be clear up front.

Fourth chat with customer service they offered me a 10% off the total order, not original price to not cancel, but it still ended up being more expensive

12:09pm: Automated from Samsung Orders: Your $250 refund is being processed
12:29pm: From CSR2: Sorry, you got too many discount codes, your PM is rejected
I went back on chat and the CSR couldn't do anything about it but confirmed that the refund is in process. I'll be getting a $15 code for my troubles.

So now I'll have to spend another ~$250 on the site to trigger the $200 back AMEX offer. I have until June 30 to do that. Still a good deal overall.

How many discount codes did you use? What I mean to ask is did you stack 5% codes, or did you just use one of them?

People were having samsung price match (PM) amazon, b/h photo or best buy.
However the deal has been dead for a while now since samsung is no longer pm'ing to anyone (as of now at least), the PM difference was significant
