I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!
FYI, these promos worked/stacked for me...
Promo Code - 50LATESTGALAXY5G $50.00
Promo Code - GALAXYWOTIREVS21FPUB $250.00
Promo Code - DENIEDFINANCING $73.68
Bundle Discount $592.94
Education Discount $183.35
Referral Discount(s) $108.00
(and 10% CB)
These did not work for me but YMMV...

Can someone please explain to me?
Stupid

Sd removal sucks for sure, but when I looked at my s10, I was using about 100gigs on internal and 2 gigs on my sd card. I understand people use way more than I do, but given how I used it, losing the sd card didn't hurt.
Loss of headphone jack, I bought a usb to 3.5mm dongle and it works great. I've since moved on to wireless buds and absolutely love it for my workouts. I still keep the dongle around to use my other headphones when needed.
Loss of MST sucks as well, but the places I shop at seem to take Samsung pay anyway. Worst case I just have to use my physical card.
Overall this phone is great. Very snappy, great camera, beautiful screen, no more bixby button, etc. If I had the 20 series though, I probably wouldn't have upgraded.
Just make sure what your gaining outweighs what they took out. It did for me.
Btw, don't stick your sim pin anywhere near the top of your phone. The sim tray is on the bottom left of the phone.

About a little over $600 all in including taxes after $550 trade for Note 10 Plus for:
s21 Ultra 256
S7+ 256
S7+ keyboard
2 N700 headsets
smarttag
bluetooth controller
Keeping the 1st 3 and selling the rest so hoping for $400 after everything is done for the phone upgrade and tablet. On my 2nd order, we'll probably sell the extra keyboard and keep one of the two headsets to have a pretty large ensemble of Samsung stuff after everything is said and done.
Contacted Samsung Customer Care to get a replacement and was told they can only do a refund. However, they are refusing to replace and only offering a refund, which after all the bundle discounts and S7+ and other freebies deducted comes up to $182 after tax. Needless to say, I won't be able to get a replacement for that price if I return and re-buy.
What do you guys recommend? Anyone was able to get a replacement processed? Thanks all!
