For any one that got on the deal before this coupon like I did. Call then now. You have 48 hours to let them know that you forgot to put the coupon and they will credit the $20 difference. Have the code ready when asked and your order number.

I'm sitting on it as I type, I got it during one of the previous promos. Great chair at this price. I'm 5'10" and the neck rest is just right. Two DYI improvements, if I may suggest:

1) unscrew and flip the top part of the armrest backwards, your arms will thank you when you're reclined all the way

2) get some good quality rubber caster wheels for 20 bucks on Amazon, your floors will thank you Smilie

Have tried it numerous times with no luck. I gave up and asked chat to cancel the order hoping that they would give me 10% credit as a one-time courtesy, but they refused to do so.

I got this chair yesterday. Not sure I'm too thrilled with the lumbar support. I feel like it's overly aggressive regardless of what height I put it. Is there any comment on if it gets less firm as time goes on?

Otherwise seems to be a pretty nice chair.

Deal expired, but chair is marked down again, this time $139 (instead of$129). $20 coupon code still works. Just ordered. Thx!

I agree, and I doubt it will soften. I managed to remove the lumbar cushion without otherwise damaging the chair. There are two Philips screws holding the cushion to the adjustable U-shaped bracket, on the bottom of that bracket. Once you remove those screws with a "stubby" screwdriver, the cushion can be removed with some careful stretching of the backrest fabric. When sitting in the chair, the fabric doesn't stretch enough for your back to contact the now bare bracket, so I'd leave it like that.

That's disturbing. You'd think they could just ship you the missing part. Potentially this means that any time in the future that there's a problem with the chair, they'll send you a complete replacement and then have you ship back the original, rather than shipping you the part that has a problem. If they don't cover return shipping for warranty repairs, that's lame, and makes the warranty almost worthless.

Ya, sending the whole chair is a hassle. Good thing it comes with a free UPS return label. Since UPS access point is down the block from where I live, I can just take it there.

For people who called in to get a price adjustment with the 10% coupon, did Staples charge you twice for the chair? I'm seeing a charge for the original order price and a 2nd charge w/ the 10% price adjustment on my c.c. Will the first charge drop off?

Ordered yesterday for $96.99 + tax. Delivered today, assembled in about 15 minutes and sitting in it now. My behind has never experienced a Herman Miller so as to that I cannot speak, but compared to the $60 Amazon Basics chair I bought at the beginning of the pandemic this is a significant step up. Love the blue, love the mesh.

Got my chair in today and a little disappointed. The chair does not lock when reclined. That's a bummer!

I'm going to return it. My lower back cannot tolerate the lumbar support jabbing it. A shame because the rest of it seems pretty decent for the price.

Lol how curved is your back. The entire back rest is adjustable with the bolts, perhaps you slid the thing too far forward before tightening it down and need it the other way around. I like the back support so I use it in the forward position but you may need it further back. That or you have it set too high.
