10900 is not overclockable, 10850K is. You'll need serious cooling muscle though to overclock the 10850K: a top shelf air cooler (Noctua NH-D15 or DeepCool Assissin III) or a 280mm/360mm liquid cooler.

'K' in the naming of Intel processors tell us that the product is 'unlocked' or 'overclockable' (e.g. i7 7770K, i5 2500K).
Note that these 'unlocked' processors also needs 'unlocked' Intel chipset/ motherboard (e.g. Z370, X99).
