Best price from a retailer this saw has ever been was $100 via Home Depot this past holiday season and that was tool-only, no battery.

So that leaves you at $50 for a 5ah battery which is on the low side you'd pay for one in the grey market (eBay/Craigslist/FB Marketplace).

Great deal if you can get it for $150 picked up.

Def a great deal. I really want a 5ah battery for my circular saw for the extra power and runtime. Would love to have the chainsaw too but I have a green works chainsaw so can't really justify it

Great deal! I've been trying to sell 5ah batteries on CL and most people will only offer me $40. And the December deal for this bare tool was only a deal for people local, because they wanted something like $18 for shipping. So this comes out pretty good without hassle.

Grainger used to be a stickler about having a business account with them to shop there. I hope they aren't still like that.

I'm waiting for the Milwaukee to go on sale because I would like a smaller electric chainsaw instead of dragging out the large gas one that I have. Anyone have experience with this? I would need a charger but looks like an amazing deal.
