Looks similar to the Gold's Gym XRS 20 that I bought in 2015 for $150, https://www.walmart.com/ip/Gold-s...ge/5280822

I comment this every time a deal on one of these shows up but the height of the bench is taller than typical benches so if you're on the shorter side (I'm 6'), you might have issues with leg drive while doing bench presses. The bench height in this set is ~21", typical height is ~18"

It's better than what you have now, which is probably nothing. If you use it for 30 days and it has no issues great, if it sucks return it. Can't really lose here if you are in the market for something like this. Essentially a free trial for 30 days.

Also, as far as reviews go. People are 10 times more likely to leave a negative review or share a negative experience than they are a positive one. You go to a restaurant the food is good, you probably don't tell anyone. You go and the food is awful, you probably tell everyone you can. It's called "negativity bias" - look it up. Point being for every sh!t review there are 10 good experiences that people don't write about because they got what they expected.

Convinced?!

True... but who wants to take it apart, box it back up, load and unload in your car, drag it into Walmart, and then wait in line.

My massive (6'5'') cousin just handed me down that exact set and I noticed that about the bench too. Funny that you post this today as I realized this morning.

Just purchased the xrs 20 for $199, this is a great buy. The bench is very cheap. I'm about 5'8 and it's barely high enough to be able to squat with this set. Otherwise, good price and pairs well with 300lb weight set from Dick's with 7' Olympic bar.

Also true.. i usually only look at 3 star reviews. They're usually the most unbiased.

Dang, I got the Gold Gym's XRS 20 for $199 from wally a while back. It's been used really well. Upgraded to Titan T-3. I felt like my 199 was well spent. That said, if you don't have anything, then $130 seems a great deal for this. Better than anything gouged out on FB marketplace.

Still use the bench for inclines, biceps and legs. I have to say, it's not the greatest but if you're handy it's easily modifiable unit. Leg extensions are great on it. The leg curls, are tougher to get. I'm 5'9 over 260. So I'm a big body. If it were up to me, I'd hit up Lowe's or HD to get a longer rod to make the pads on the leg exercises wider. I'm too wide body and the plastic end buttons press into me so I just leave them off. Like an extra 2 or 3 inches on each side would raise comfort levels. Just hadn't made time/effort to go to store for it, I just put up with it for a few sets. Use a kettlebell or dumbell to hold it flat on the ground if you go put 2x 35 plates on the curl. 45lb plates fit too, but it seems it would get in the way for leg curls. . We use mostly our 25 and 35 plates on it. Plenty of clearance.

Rack itself is decent. Extra ugga-chuggas on the bolts and it should be good. We used it in the driveway and the yard for barbell yolk carries. 300-400lbs on the highest setting for a workout, and it was fine.

I bought it from Walmart for $299 about six months ago. It's a solid deal at this price.

According to description, it's a full set.
You meant it includes bars & weights because I don't see it mentioned about the weight sets. TIA.
NVM, no bars & weight included. Anyone know is there any good deals on the bars & weight?

No it doesn't not have weights. But this is worth far more than the price. And it's a wonderful piece of hardware for only 129
