maybe you have to adjust the trigger. some people set alerts to go off after a certain amount of thumbs up. u could dial it down to 0 if u want it right away.
Why do people gravitate towards these when you can buy oly dumbell handles and stack them with 10's for half the cost?
Have you ever tried using oly handles and swapping out/lifting 80-90 pounds on them? It's not only a pain, but the handles are rarely made for that much weight, and good luck trying every movement and hoping that pin holds the weight when it's vertical.

I get the value proposition behind buying handles and plates, but some folks don't want to spend 10 minutes of their workout swapping weights. It's already a chore doing that with my barbell and trap bar so last thing I want to do is the same w/ my dumbbells, especially when you're so used to just grabbing the exact weight you need at the gym. totally get folks who want to buy several pairs of individual dumbbells. I would do the same if I had the space in my garage. Plus time is money. I like to pyramid my sets and in the long run I'm saving a ton of time, ESPECIALLY when my wife wants to lift with me and we're alternating. At the end of the day, saving the hassle is easily worth spending a few hundred extra bucks.

As others noted, it's about time and convenience. I had Titan loadable adjustables for about a week before I sold them. This was pre-pandemic, so I sold them for a slight loss but then found a 5-50lb hex full dumbbell set with rack for $125 😬
Quite honestly I would spend the market value even now for either regular dumbbells or quality adjustables. The loadable handles literally suck the life out of a workout.
Do you know as of when? This comment was made in the last few PowerBlock postings. Starting to wonder when we're just beating a dead horse.
Bought my set october of last year. $299 plus $26 shipping, no tax. They are absolutely worth the price even at $329 + inflated shipping costs. You could probably get it for a bit cheaper if you can get it at amazon
Keep in mind if you buy the stage 1 from powerblock, you will have to buy the expansion from powerblock as well. If you buy from amazon, you will have to buy the expansions from amazon

You have to set up alerts!!!
All I'm hearing is that you don't check slickdeals nearly enough. Once an hour for every hour awake is the bare minimum 😜
