I was in the market for a sewing machine and came across the Singer 9960. It was 599 at the time so I waited till the price went down to 399. Lots of great reviews and videos on this model. Also available at Amazon if you prefer not to shop at Home Depot.

I'm seeing $449 at Home Depot. The attached Amazon link is mis-directed but if you go to Amazon, they have it for $389. I picked up one. Thanks for posting.
