Yup biggest hole in the 'theory' that there are no transitional fossil records. So much for science right.
Yes, there are.

Bro, then why don't you call it Fact of Evolution and stop calling it a theory still

Because it's a theory.
Just like the theory of gravity.
If you like, you can phrase it as "the theory of evolution is fact".
A scientific theory isn't a guess, it's how it all works.
You might want to look into why a scientific theory is different from other theories.

Based on this thread, it's likely a good book for some adults too.

Applauseyou have a good sleight of hand comparing 'theory of gravity' with 'theory of evolution'. Sure theories have a function of trying to describe how things are as they are observed.
You throw a 'provorbial apple' into the air, it has only one way to go. Lets see what evolution says.

There's no "sleight of hand".
They are both the same kind of scientific theory.
There is literally no difference.
Evolution "says" that given enough time, an organism will adapt to it's surroundings.
Over a longer period of time, those surroundings will change and the organism will adapt to those changes.
That's evolution.

It's because there is no proof, just conjecture. While there is plenty of evidence for creation.

Hmm, didn't read the comments, but I think people want it taught with more of a critical eye and many want opposing theories covered as well.

So, I don't think it's as simple as just saying people don't believe X or Y.

Well, that and the fact that, "Science Fact" is actually quite transient. Science Fact or Theory as you call it, changes with every new generation.

Here's an example for you.

Back in 1991 I was in College Biology and the text books taught that they could identify brain cells, because they didn't replicate. Fast forward 15 years and Scientists discovered that brain cells do replicate, just so slow that they never realized it before that.

So yes Science Fact is Fact, until it isn't, but is it ever really fact if it is eventually disproven?

This is partly why I believe they label it a Theory, because they know parts of it will be discredited over time. Also, Darwin didn't actually believe all the stuff we know of as Evolution today, so that's more evidence of the changing nature of science.
