So if you trade in with the Discount Program. The price is actually around $96. The Discount program gets reduced due to the trade-in amount. I had issues with this before and the Samsung Representatives didn't even know why. Which kinda sucks cause I couldn't use my promo code when I did my S20 FE preorder before so I just ended up forgetting about it.

When you are customizing it to add to cart, it'll show the price with discount and everything but the in-cart savings summary differs due to the discount program being reduced.

Customization window price summary:
Galaxy Watch3 45mm $429.99
Trade-In Discount: -$160.00
EDP discount: -$60.00
Instant Rebate: -$150.00

Total: $60.00

So I was able to finally checkout for $85 on the lte version with trade in. CA tax is at $20 which sucks, but I'll take it for $105 otd. The trick is to add an item to the cart like charger or buds then remove it prior to checking out. This allowed me to retain the discounts. Good Luck.

It didn't just change. It's been like that the whole time. You probably don't want to advertise it in your post, since not you not anybody else has actually gotten the deal. It shows up randomly for me, and as another poster said, the price isn't free in cart. I've been told the system is glitching and they'll "escalate".
