That configuration is a steal. When you get to the page you might look for a tab to pick the GPU. You won't find it. You have to change the CPU to change the GPU.
At that price this should be instant front page!
It will display:
The price of this product has changed from $1,439.99 to $1,384.99 since you added it to cart.

I know it's more expensive, but it is 100% a Max P 3070 with 16 GB of 3200 RAM, and a 5800H... and it's not HP. Don't have many good experiences with HP.

Probably the main thing holding me back is the 3070MQ, as I was set on getting a laptop with a 3070MP (like the only I mentioned earlier), but do I really need the MaxP? This laptop or the Legion is going to be a pretty big upgrade for me regardless. As it is, I have my laptop connected to my 4K TV and play on the couch with a tray and separate keyboard/mouse as I don't have the room in my small apartment to set up a dedicated computer area, plus having a laptop means I can take it with me on trips. The other thing is what many people here talked about, and that's with regards to cancellation.
A few questions though. Does this only have 2 NVMe slots, or does it also have a slot for a 2.5" drive? Would be nice if it did because then I can move my SATA SSD from my current laptop to this one. If I were to go with 16GB, I could just configure the build before purchase, but if I wanted to go 32GB, would it be best to just stick with the 8GB configuration, and purchase 32GB elsewhere?
If i had any faith that Lenovo would be shipping 5xxx legions any time soon I'd have waited too. But sure seems like that's unlikely.

and was told they couldn't because it was being built lol.
Agent (Penleigh J): "The Omen Laptop that you have placed the order a while ago was already confirmed and is currently being built already by our manufacturing team. With this, we don't have the option to cancel the order now."
I should have just kept annoying them until they cancelled but I'm feeling good about the price so I'll just keep it.

Great deal for everyone who got in. Hope it all goes well.
Gives hope that maybe future deals will approach, match or beat this some day this year...
$179 for 3 years warranty (accident included)
(if end up not using any service will get a full refund)
Seems to be a very good deal?Any thought?
You can also add it later within 30 days of purchase. I think they are counting on you to either lose it even when you make a normal tech support call or to forget about it after 3 years. The refund is not automatic and you would need to fill out a claim form after 3 years are done. Also some CC extended warranties dont apply for manufacturer warranty greater than 2 years so keep that in mind.
If you are going for it, then make sure to keep all documentation saved as well as the claim form.
