That configuration is a steal. When you get to the page you might look for a tab to pick the GPU. You won't find it. You have to change the CPU to change the GPU.
At that price this should be instant front page!
It will display:
The price of this product has changed from $1,439.99 to $1,384.99 since you added it to cart.

I know it's more expensive, but it is 100% a Max P 3070 with 16 GB of 3200 RAM, and a 5800H... and it's not HP. Don't have many good experiences with HP.

Everyone here who purchased this probably only intended to spend $1200max for their budget this year, but would have only gotten a Rtx 3060 most of the year.
(3070 will probably come no lower than $1350 to 1500 all year).
Now they are being rewarded with a Rtx 3070 a 1/2 to 1 year earlier, closer to their intended budget...Really slick and amazing.
Now just have to wait and see if the new Legions become available before this ships...

Check out this chart here: https://laptopmedia.com/top-lapto...s-ranking/
So this laptop we are looking at right now is highly likely to be 90w with dynamic boost to 95w (in which we just call 95w). Because of the intel variant being 95w and a customer service rep actually saying it is 95w.
Please note that this laptop should be ranked at #7 on that list. And the 3060 in question is nowhere to be found. The closest is rank #8 which is 3060 130w.
Up for you to decide. I mean, you really can't decide now -- you bought the laptop already. Did you? Or were you one of the people that missed out?

tldr: on avg, the 3070 80w is even with 3060 115w on performance. And a 3070 115w is 15% faster on avg than 3070 80w config.
