I tried trading in an S4. The trade-in value is 400, but they are calculating the price without the instant rebate, so it's not $400 off this listed price.

I would have jumped on this deal. If your in market, do so. I got mine from that microsoft bundle glitch that allowed you to just get the tablet S7 for like 270$.

Memphis is the main hub for FedEx. So almost everything goes through there (even for a package from NY to MI). No matter if it is shipped from Dallas, TX, Cordova, TN, or Millington, TN warehouse, it will be stuck in Memphis. Forget about the scheduled delivery time. My orders have been overdue without update. I have one next morning shipping arrived 6 days late.

Thanks for that. Looks like I'm contacting customer service tomorrow. Unbelievable they don't reflect that in their shipping estimates. I won't be at my address for much longer so this is really crappy.

If I followed the exact steps (logged in, go to EPP website, see Save@work banner on top of screen, add s7+ to cart and skip add ons) and it doesn't show the reduced price - that mean I don't have EPP?

I had to use a different browser to get this deal to work. I didn't work for Chrome but worked on Edge. So you can try that.

They are already giving 1/2 off the keyboard... I doubt they'll just include it because it isn't as mass produced as the headphones they make.
