I made plenty of purchases from VIP through eBay. The last two orders from them have been very poorly packed. Laptop and then a sound bar with subwoofer. The laptop was not damaged. The subwoofer was damaged cosmetically. I chose not to return it. Normally if phones are not packaged well, as long as they are in their original box, they should be okay.

Hi guys.. can I use the annual prepaid card instead of their monthly plan and get the phone unlocked after 1 year from tracfone ?

My understanding is that you have to know which Tracfone brand SKU the phone has, then you must use the included SIM to activate. By brand I mean Tracfone, Total Wireless, Net 10 etc, which you might be able to find out from an Apple GSX report.

That's an SE, this deal is for a XR. Different phones.
