I actually bought one yesterday. It is not the cheapest Alexa/Google compatible wifi dimmer but it has much better review. Most important, I don't want another app installed on my phone while I already have several Kasa devices using the same app.
Any 3-way deals out there for a smart dimmer switch?
There's a way to have these mimic a 3 way switch but obviously this method will require two. I recently installed under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. I have two large sections on opposite sides of each other. A dimmer installed on each side. In the kasa app, you basically move both dimmers in a group and create a rule that allows you to control the second dimmer whenever the first is used. So in my case create two rules, one for each dimmer and now both will interact with each other. Its pretty badass. Love these switches

That's a very specific case. I should highlight that this requires TWO separate lights - not just switches - to work. If you need a 3 way smart dimmer switch, chances are you are asking because you already have two switches controlling ONE light, which would not work.

You are correct that this method works for me because i am using two separate lighting sources. 99% of people with 3 way switches are using one light source. Should have included that bit of info. Thanks
Yes this method will work for all smart switches by kasa. But my use was very specific because i needed to control two separate light sources in the same room

Someone wired my house all kinds of messed up with weird almost master/slave switches for upstairs downstairs switch and for two ends of a hall, so Im thinking maybe I can work around it doing this set up. I have a couple unused hs200 I haven't used yet so I may try this. Thanks.
I have several Kasa switches. As far as I can tell, no one makes true 3-way dimmers. I did install a 3-way Kasa switch with a dumb dimmer. Works fine. Just set the dimmer to about where you usually would want it.
Am I being foolish for waiting for z-wave dimmer switches, rather than these wifi ones? I don't like the idea of so many devices on my wifi network, or having to communicate through a centralized router

With the Feit one, you can use 2 dimmers in a 3-way setting and both dimmer switch can control the brightness, if that is what you mean a "true 3-way dimmer".
