How do you know when it's time to replace these blades? I've had mine since mid last year and seems to be cutting fine, do i wait until it starts snagging hair?

I feel I have overly sensitive skin and I've never had any issues with this shaver. I have major issues with blade razors, and can only use single foil, foil-type shavers because of razor burn. I would say, make sure you are not pressing down too hard, moving too fast, and not shaving with the blade at an angle. Otherwise, there just may be an issue with this type of blade and your skin.

Love this product except for how fast these wear out. Once I can't get any good deals on the refills I'm going to swtich to another product. Compared to other eletctric razors I've had the blade wear difference is huuuuge. I tried to buy just one refill in a grocery store not too long ago and was amazed that the price was $14.99 for one refill. Philips must be making a killing on these.
