The current ad for Costco says it comes with a charging case though which seems to go for about $75 normal price.

I got one from one of the recent deals. Wasn't sure if I was going to keep them as they're still pricey, and I have a QC25 (got the bluetooth mod for it as well).

I love them. I think they feel better and are built to more premium standards than the QC series. Great sound quality as well. Not sure how QC35 battery holds up, but this is way better than the AirMods I attached to my QC25, which last for about 6 hours.

Just wanted to share my opinion for anyone on the fence.

I like these headphones. I think this is the best over-the-year active noise-cancelling headphones functionally. I was comparing this to Sony XM3 and bought this one because it supported dual device connection while XM3 did not, while I felt XM3 fit better on my head. Now XM4 came out and it supports dual connection but I heard it also has issues with that function. So far my Bose 700s didn't have any issues with dual device connection. I don't love the head band design due to its rigidity and thickness, but it also has slick looks. Battery still lasts good 18-19 hours after one year of use. On specs, XM3/XM4 supports up to 30 hours, so that'd be a better buy if you need more than 20 hours of battery life. Another strong point is that it has much better microphones than Sony's.

I got this in December 2019 when Verizon had it for $299 with $50 Verizon credit, so basically $249 (+tax at original price) for new ones. It was a good buy considering that I haven't seen non-refurbs at lower prices since then. The only caveat is that I bought them mainly for air travel, right before this Covid crisis. laugh out loud At least I'm using them happily with Zoom meetings.

Did they ever fix all the bugs with the app? I bought these around launch and they were practically unusable because the app was so horrible and required.

If you have Sony WH1000XM3 these are pretty much inferior for noise canceling however if you want better audio quality, these are the way to go.
