This is still from the "international" line, while being made with German steel.
At $79, I don't think this is as high as many other knife sets, comparatively. Tapered bolster, so raw beef/proteins don't get gummed up at 90 degree corner of other inexpensive choices. Nice selection, santoku , two pairings, a serrated for tomatoes.
Did they have this in store a few weeks ago? I remember the block was massive and way too big for my counter, unless that was another model, I think self sharpening?

This looks like a useable collection. I like that it does not contain a bunch of stuff that people usually don't need so often. This seems to really focus on the core knifes you will likely use the most. But I just bought the Wusthof nakiri that was almost the price of this set so not for me.
I know people here like the higher line made in Germany set, but I have this wand it's been really good. The knife edges stay sharp. I think for the average home kitchen, this is a good set.

Does anyone know if this is available in store? I would like to feel the weight before buying.
