The desk can be set up in two different configurations.
The manual does not tell you which, and also does not tell you how to set it up if you want the other configuration.
The metal parts don't have stickers on them. Don't make the mistake that I did and take them out of the plastic bags right away. They all look very similar, but aren't the same
Triple and quadruple-check each piece you assemble. Still, odds are, you're going to disassemble sections more than once because you find out that you should have turned around a piece.
If you find that the holes in the table top pieces are slightly off, turn it by 180 degrees. Even though you can't visually tell, just like on all the metal pieces, the holes are not symmetrically aligned. I almost contacted the seller for a replacement.
If the holes still don't match up for your table top, re-assess the metal structure. Odds are you made a small mistake, such as you should have turned a metal piece by 180 degrees. The manual doesn't point out what to look out for.
Be careful securing the table top. If the crew feels hard to get in, they probably didn't drill the hole deep enough. I had to drill 2 or 3 holes slightly deeper as I noticed the screw pushing up the laminate surface. If you're not careful, you'll ruin the finish.
All in all, I got it set up. But it took like 3 hours. And I literally disassembled and re-assembled every section 3 times. So, it may be cheap, but it's incredibly frustrating and irritating. I regretted the purchase mainly because of this. They really should label the metal parts and point out which end goes where, that would help immensely.

Yes, you can't see it, but it is inside the actual computer holding up the tiny cpu. Just wish it had a gpu stand as well...
It's actually Child Protection Unit. When working from home you will need it when kids sneak in. Put the child on the unit and roll them off.

Years ago while working at best buy, so many customers refer to the tower as "CPU" 🤦 ♂️
