I bought this set for around the same price range couple of years back during Christmas.My son has been overloading the weight on a single bar. A good set of dumbbells if you can find them.
Just to be clear, this isn't 40Lb dumbells lol. I was thinking I need something heavier and was pleasantly surprised when reading the title. But this appears to be two 20lb dumbells. Not nitpicking with the prices of fitness stuff these days. Just not the same thing.

These are cement filled. Bulky, can't really expand them due to bulk, cement can break and cause a mess. I would personally look for iron weights when they are in sale at $1/lb

It is a matter of perception. You can be in the center of the world or the right cost.
I'm going to agree that they aren't super comfortable. They do the job, and beggars can't be choosers with fitness equipment, but I don't love them.
