Can anyone who's done this deal please explain the exact steps for double-dipping the Discover and the Valpak coupon offer?

After activating the Discover coupon from email link, did you purchase and pay for the membership online or in-store? How did you get the $45 GC i.e., in-store after online signup or was it credited to your sams card automatically?

Did I say it wasn't? I was making it clear that in my case it took discover 3 statements to apply the credit which put me to a negative balance.

Neither the $45 gift card offer or the $45 statement credit applied correctly. Had to call discover multiple times despite their reassurance that my purchase qualified. Won't be using their offers ever again.

Anyone still waiting for this? I have contacted discover twice. Both times they investigated and told me to just wait.

Nope. My Sam's membership expired, I've got Costco and I don't need what Sam's excels at; candy.

The next sams membership promotion with discover, I'll pass on. Can't trust discover.

If it weren't for 5% categories, I'd have zero want for this card at all.
