Ban Scalpers

The still ongoing rampant scalping of PS5's along with certain site members encouraging or bragging about scalping got me thinking that we should consider banning these users.
If you go to a thread with a PS5 deal you'll see users who post about reselling for a profit getting massively down-voted (not-helpfulled?) so I think the general community here is against the practice. While it's not illegal I think we should treat it the same way we would treat someone encouraging or posting about illegal and vile behaviors.
I'm not sure if this site is even really moderated but if so can we have a rule against scalping and actually ban users who encourage it. I don't want to be associated with it and as a member of a site that allows that sort of behavior I am.
Hopefully there's already a rule against it in place that I am unaware of.
