I think price climb up slowly as more people bought the cheaper ones, that's why price move from $239 to $247 now.

I placed an order with $25 code today. Their website clearly said $25 discount deducted, so I submited the order. But I was charged the original price without $25 discount. Anyone else has this problem?

I had the exact same issue. I created a ticket to cancel the order. I got an email back saying they have credited my credit card the $25. If you still want it I would email them.

Do you email the seller by click on "Ask seller a question" within the listing?
Or do you email them via Glyde support at the bottom of their webpage said "Contact us"?

Pretty sure this site is a scam. I ordered a phone last week and then requested to cancel not even 10 minutes after I ordered but they ignored the message and shipped it anyway. I received the iPhone X today and it is an Asian-Market model which from what I'm reading wasn't meant to be used on AT&T/T-Mobile and lacks some of the necessary bands. I went to their site to request a return and it says the seller charges a 15% return fee even though it was advertised free returns. I initiated a dispute on the Glyde site and have yet to receive the email asking for follow up. I feel like I'll have to try and call my credit card company and see if they can help.

Looks like this is the current model Apple was selling unlocked so it should work on my carriers. I'll report back what I hear about the return policy.

I asked the seller for the IMEI to ensure it isn't blacklisted. I still haven't gotten any response.
I know someone that bought a phone some years back on eBay that had encountered that issue because the phone might have been stolen. I like to make sure I get what I'm paying for hassle-free.

For what it is worth, the phone I received was in pretty excellent condition. The screen was flawless, and the only signs of use were some scuffs and scratches on the metal frame, but I usually use a case with my phones so I would not have noticed them. The battery of the phone I received was at 86% capacity, and I ran the IMEI through checkers online, and there didn't seem to be any issues.

I returned the phone, but only because I didn't like its size compared to my current iPhone. Otherwise, I would have kept it.

If there is nothing wrong with the phone, and you requested a return. Then don't they charge you 15% return fee?

The seller advertised free returns and I asked Glyde CS about returning it and the only thing they said was that the 15% return fee was if it was returned past seven days.

I got the phone today. Pretty good condition, currently using it on Verizon. Battery was at 88%.
