I have no specific personal use of this item, but unless your heating very tall items, this lunch box is unnecessarily huge.

These are handy for road trips, I have a RoadPro version that I bough years ago for $25. My teens used it to heat up hot pockets on those long stretches of highway in the middle of nowhere. It takes time but your food does gets very hot. if you have a 12v fridge, this is a nice piece of appliance to add to your vehicle.

I have one like it, but it is much flatter, and dual outlet/12v. It's about the same area, but the volume of the Kool tron is just way bigger.

We have one of these in the crew rig for the Forest Service, they work slow but they do work great.
Some frozen/gas station burritos tossed in there on the drive up the mountain are great.

Were a crew of 4 in our department, but we could probably manage 6-8 burritos depending on the size.
There are interior specs on the Q&A section on amazon, if you want to size it for yourself.
I think its something like 8"x5"x3" for this one.
