Not on a military plan, but old enough account that it's labeled as flexpay. Don't know how or whatever, but the guy at my kiosk has seen this enough where he just calls it in and they give him the go-ahead to add new lines on my account. I added two free lines last year for cash cards alone.

Probably? I trust this manager, as i've done many promos with them over the years. I did a total of 4 by doing 2 separate SSNs.
